There is no contact form here on purpose: a form would collect your message into a database that has to be maintained and monitored, and email reaches us just as well.
Include the reference from your receipt — it looks like 3R-… — and we can find the transaction immediately. Every payment and its status is listed on your payment history page.
If you cannot sign in, use password recovery first — it is immediate and does not need us. If that fails, write to us from the address on the account.
Please write to support@3rader.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We would rather hear about it than not, and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.
We will never ask for your password. Nobody at 3rader can see it, and no legitimate message from us will request it, a card number or a one-time code. Treat any message that does as fraudulent.
